Secalia Plus Cream 100 g is intended for dry and sensitive skin that needs moisturising support. It is used to help reduce roughness, flaking, and tightness while improving comfort and softness. If your skin is actively inflamed, cracked, or infected, medical assessment is advisable before use, since emollients alone may not be appropriate in those situations.

Apply the cream as needed on dry areas, typically after cleansing or bathing when the skin is still slightly damp. Frequency depends on dryness severity and clinician advice. For persistent xerosis, regular use is often more effective than occasional application. Avoid using it inside the eyes, on deep open wounds, or on areas with suspected infection unless specifically advised.
