This shampoo is best suited for people with oily, dandruff-prone scalps who want a gentle anti-dandruff cleanser. It is formulated to help remove excess sebum and reduce visible flakes while supporting scalp barrier function. If your dandruff is severe, persistent, or associated with marked redness, scaling, or hair loss, a dermatologist should evaluate the scalp before long-term use.

Use it 2 to 3 times a week for dandruff control unless your doctor recommends a different schedule. Massage it into the scalp, leave it on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
