It is best suited for adults with combination, oily, or blemish-prone skin who want controlled exfoliation, smoother texture, and improved brightness. It is not suitable for sensitive or sensitised skin, children under 12, or during pregnancy. If you are using prescription exfoliants, acne treatments, or recently had hair removal, check compatibility with a clinician before starting.

This is a leave-on night treatment and does not need to be rinsed off. Apply it in the evening after cleansing and let it stay on the skin as directed. If your skin feels uncomfortable, the product information advises keeping it on for at least 30 minutes to allow the glycolic acid to work. Avoid the eye area and do not layer other exfoliants.

Use sunscreen every morning during treatment and for at least one week after stopping, because glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity. Do not use on irritated, injured, or sensitised skin, and avoid chemical or mechanical exfoliation on the same days. A patch test on the inner elbow 24 hours before first use is recommended. Stop use if severe burning, swelling, or persistent redness occurs.
